Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at hello@kindlyrude.com with the subject line:

Return – [your order number]

Include:

• your full name
• your order number
• the item(s) you’d like to return
• the reason for the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?

Yes, you can return multiple orders in one parcel.

Will I be notified when my return arrives?

We don’t send a separate return receipt confirmation.
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an update by email.

Please allow up to 10 days for return processing.

Orders

My order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

I haven’t received my order confirmation.

Please check your spam folder first.
If you still haven’t received anything after 24 hours, email us at hello@kindlyrude.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet gone into production.

Once an order has been placed, changes are usually no longer possible.
If you forgot an item, you can place a new order or contact us to see whether cancellation is still possible.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to update your address.
